    Our Mission, Goals, and Values

The English and foreign language assessment information we have produced at GTS since 1999 has played a crucial role in the admissions process of graduate and undergraduate programs at a number of colleges and universities throughout the world. Today GTS is operational in China, Brazil, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East. This assessment information has provided vital context about the candidates’ English and foreign language skills and cultural competencies, shedding more light, adding greater depth, and providing more relevant and actionable information to the admissions process as a whole.

We are committed to and guided by the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion. One of the objectives of our assessments and services is to contribute to what we hope will be improved understanding, enduring goodwill, and better relations among the different populations we serve throughout the world. When we engage our partners across the globe, we do so with these goals and objectives in mind.

At the heart of our operation are the following core values: 1) A belief that honesty is always the best policy and that trust has to be earned with every task accomplished; 2) Unparalleled client support and customer service; 3) Our unwavering commitment to quality, excellence, and efficiency in testing and assessment of English and foreign language skills and cultural competencies; 4) The requisite care and highest standards in confidential data collection, handling, and distribution; and 5) Creativity and innovation to meet and surpass our clients’ highest expectations and aspirations.

We are always advancing, innovating, and looking for ways to improve and add more value and clarity to our clients’ operations. These values are central to our mission in the field of English and foreign language testing and assessment on behalf of public and private colleges and universities in the U.S., China, Brazil, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East. In addition, the discipline-specific exams in English and foreign languages we produce are invariably crafted in a broad, diverse, and multifaceted international context.
